NRS 291 Requires Washoe County Supervisors to Levy a tax.
Makes notice that this is a general law, in violation of Article 4, Section 20 & Section21 of the Nevada State Constitution.
It, also, violates Article 4, Section 17, as the statute has multiple subjects.
Quote on True Cost of the Trench, based on the proposed quarter percent increase in the Washoe County Sales Tax , as given in Hearing Testimony by Grant Simms, Chairman, of the 1997 Washoe County Board of Commissioners.
Special or Localized Assessment Legislation, as Mr. Simms requests of the State Legislature, at the end of this Testimony, is a violation of Article 4, Section 20 of the Nevada State Constitution.
